The Chairman in response, has designed a number of Journey to Play initiatives to meet these barriers:
Geneva Instruments has been successful in being selected as an approved instrument supplier by the UK Government to the Department of Education’s National Plan for Music Education (NPME) in England where Geneva Foundation is supporting a discounted purchase scheme for the 43 Lead Music Hubs in England in addition to the UK Governments (AIPS) VAT back scheme.
The NPME Purchase Scheme has now been opened to all brass and woodwind students currently receiving music tuition or a musician teaching at a UK Music Hub, School, College, University or Music Charity/Social Enterprise.
