Geneva-try before you buy

Try before you Buy

Try before you Buy explained

Geneva is currently in the process of significantly expanding its UK manufacturing capacity at our facilities in Teesside.

This exciting news is complimentary to our commitment for continuous improvement of the end quality of our UK finished instruments and, the exponential growth into a global supplier since Geneva’s inception in 2000.

Our growing Global reputation for quality is no better highlighted than The Black Dyke Band decision in 2020 to purchase, exclusively play, promote and provide individual expertise and input to the continuous research and development of Geneva Brass instruments.

Our research and instinct tell us that a significant impact of Covid 19 lockdowns is the ability for Bands and their members to ‘Try before you buy’ the next generation of Geneva’s Brass Instruments via our established UK retail network.

Whilst times are hard for many retailers we do see light at the end of the tunnel and to that end we have decided to put together a support package for our Principle Retailers. This financial support is linked to their geographical location.

To that end we have incepted a “Try before you buy Scheme” in support of our Retailers. The scheme provides a door-to-door service to a musicians home, rehearsal venue, school/college or an appointment at a Geneva Bandroom venue; enabling musicians of all standards to try out a Geneva instrument during and beyond lockdown.

However, should the musician or band then decide to buy a Geneva instrument, the local retailer receives support funding equal to 10% of the online selling price as if the instrument had been sold from their store
