Description

The Geneva Cardinal range is a cumulative result of 24 years research and development bringing together the latest of innovations with the simple aim to produce pure luxury, using the finest of materials, and attention to detail only surpassed by our relentless quest for perfection in sound and intonation.

The venturi, featured on all the Geneva Cardinal lead pipes, is designed to allow the musician to instantly have much more sound, and an almost resistant free experience. This coupled with the ultimate mix of bespoke metals, ergonomic design whilst retaining the hand hammered bell has produced what many believe to be best in class or indeed an artisan with scale instrument range in a class of its own.

Our Cardinal instruments are designed for those advanced and professional musicians that require the ultimate reliable professional instrument to ply their trade and any musician who wishes to have best in class to reach their true potential.

Evidenced by the growing number of globally recognised virtuosos now choosing to play Geneva Cardinal instruments in the UK, EU, USA, Japan, Australia etc., we strongly believe Geneva’s innovative approach has raised the quality in hand made brass musical instrument production to new levels. But you the customer will be the ultimate deciding factor so book your “Try Before You Buy” and take the test.

Each of the Geneva Cardinal instruments features decorative engraving that is hand crafted by gifted artisans, thus making your Cardinal instrument an absolutely unique work of art lasting a life time.

If the instrument is out of stock don’t worry you can still purchase an instrument by contacting info@genevainstruments.com who will be able to place your order into our production plan with the factory. The GVL cardinal was designed and built by Geneva in collaboration with Glenn Van Looy an extraordinary Euphonium player known worldwide for his immense virtuosity. A unique mix of core materials, including yellow brass and a nickel flair bell, has created the warm sound Geneva were looking for with that extra edge of projection sought by Glenn. The key feature of the instrument is its open sound in its high register, exceptional intonation, and ease of playing.

“In addition to its remarkable playing features I find the aesthetics of the instrument, with its hand crafted engraving on the bell, rose and black finishes throughout, makes this instrument stand out as a unique work of art in its self”
